JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We're expanding our international client book and need an experienced closer to own new business end-to-end for the US and Australian markets, from first cold touch to signed client. This is not a lead-nurture or account management role; it's pure new-business hunting, and you'll be judged on revenue, not activity.

What you'll do:
-Own the full sales funnel — prospecting ? discovery ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure — with full accountability for pipeline and revenue
-Build your own outbound pipeline into the US and Australian markets using ---------- , LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar data tools
-Run outbound calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach as a core daily activity — this is not a role where leads are handed to you
-Source and win projects on Upwork: write high-conversion proposals and run the full on-platform sales cycle
-Run discovery calls to understand client goals, then pitch our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and full-funnel growth services
-Build custom proposals, decks, and commercial/pricing structures for each prospect — no copy-paste template dumps
-Handle pricing, negotiation, and closing independently, without needing approval on every step
-Keep CRM hygiene tight (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) with accurate pipeline forecasting
-Hand off closed clients cleanly to the strategy, creative, and performance delivery teams
-Nurture long-term client relationships to unlock upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Must-haves:
-3-5 years selling digital marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content, or full-service growth) — international sales experience with US and/or Australian clients is essential
-A track record you can back with real numbers: pipeline generated, deals closed, average deal size, win rate
-Hands-on proficiency with ---------- and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, sequencing, and enrichment
-Working knowledge of Upwork, writing proposals, and closing on-platform business
-Comfortable with outbound calling, cold email, and LinkedIn as primary lead-generation channels (not just inbound/referral selling)
-Working knowledge of a CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce) for pipeline management and reporting
-Solid grasp of CPC, CAC, ROAS, funnel metrics, and attribution — able to talk shop with a marketing buyer without hand-holding
-Excellent written and spoken English; confident presenting to overseas decision-makers on video calls

AI-first sales stack — non-negotiable:
This is an AI-native sales operation. You should already be using, or genuinely eager to master:
-Claude, Claude Code, and ChatGPT for prospect research, message drafting, and proposal generation
-Perplexity for company and buyer research
-Gamma (or similar) for building pitch decks and one-pagers fast
-Any tool that removes manual effort from your sales cycle
If you've never opened Claude Code or Perplexity, this isn't the right fit. If you already treat AI as your junior salesperson, we want to talk.

Who this is for: Someone who has sold services (not just products), closes independently without hand-holding, understands leads don't close themselves, and is comfortable being accountable for revenue — not just activity metrics.
