We are a fast-growing moving company based in Edmonton focused on excellent customer service, fast response times, and high booking conversion. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Virtual Move Coordinator / Sales Representative from the Philippines to handle inbound customer calls and convert leads into booked moving jobs.
Position Summary
You will answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, provide moving quotes, follow up with leads, and help customers book their moves. This is both a customer service and sales role.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, speaks excellent English, works independently, and knows how to build trust with customers.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from customers
Respond to text messages,
Collect move details and prepare estimates/quotes
Explain company services and pricing clearly
Follow up with leads who did not book immediately
Convert inquiries into confirmed moving bookings
Schedule moves and update CRM/software
Coordinate with dispatch and operations team
Handle customer concerns professionally
Maintain accurate notes and records
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
Experience in call center, real estate, insurance, or moving industry is an advantage
Quiet work environment with stable internet
Computer/laptop with headset
Comfortable using CRM systems, Google Sheets, and messaging apps
Able to work Canadian business hours
