**Role**

You’ll be calling leads, handling booked phone appointments, following up with prospects, and closing them over the phone so they move into onboarding.

**What You’ll Do**

Call all leads
Take sales calls with interested leads
Follow up with prospects by call and text
Sell our service and close new clients
Book closed clients into onboarding
Keep pipeline updated in the CRM
Work with the team to improve the sales process

**Who You Are**

$$$ HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE $$$
Confident on the phone
Strong at sales and objection handling
Clear, professional English
Coachability and willingness to improve
Self-driven and results-focused
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
CRM experience is a plus, especially GoHighLevel

Hours: Must be able to work US business hours.
Pay & growth: $1000 USD/month to start, plus bonuses tied to client retention. We're scaling fast — strong performers grow with the company in both pay and responsibility. We pay on time, every time.
