JOB OVERVIEW

Remote SDR support for lead generation, outreach, CRM management, and appointment setting

Remote role | Full-time or part-time
Schedule to be aligned with the closer’s time zone and outreach needs
Daily reporting is required

Key Responsibilities
• Execute outreach through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, SMS, cold calls, and Upwork follow-ups
• Send personalized messages and follow-ups to prospects
• Research leads before outreach using LinkedIn, websites, and recent activity
• Build, enrich, and score lead lists using ICP filters
• Manage and update the CRM after every touchpoint
• Move leads through the pipeline accurately
• Monitor LinkedIn engagement and identify warm leads
• Re-engage leads from the 30, 60, and 90-day follow-up queue
• Handle cold calls, basic objections, voicemails, and booking attempts
• Book qualified discovery calls for the closer
• Submit daily reports on outreach, conversations, booked calls, new leads, and follow-ups

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in SDR, BDR, lead generation, appointment setting, or outbound sales
• Strong written English and personalized outreach skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
• Strong follow-up discipline and urgency
• Excellent CRM organization and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and follow a documented process
• Coachable, persistent, and comfortable with rejection
• Able to research prospects and create tailored outreach messages
• Focused on the main goal: booking qualified discovery calls
