We help small and medium-sized businesses improve security, productivity, and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate qualified appointments for our sales team through outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities
Research and identify qualified prospects using Apollo.io and HubSpot CRM.
Make outbound cold calls to business decision-makers.
Send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
Qualify leads using company size, industry, and business needs.
Schedule appointments for the Sales Consultant.
Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM.
Follow up consistently with prospects.
Update lead status after every interaction.
Meet daily and weekly activity goals.
Collaborate with management to improve outreach campaigns.
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience with cold calling.
Appointment setting experience.
B2B sales experience.
Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives.
Experience using CRM software.
Strong organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection.
Quiet home office.
