We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Rostering Coordinator to provide critical rostering support during our early morning and evening coverage periods, including both weekdays and weekends. Coverage hours are 05:00am–08:00am and 17:00–22:00,
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for urgent staffing and roster-related enquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional support outside of standard business hours. You will work independently during these shifts while following established processes and clear escalation pathways to maintain continuity of care.
This position is well suited to someone who is comfortable working autonomously, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking for consistent structured shifts across early morning and evening hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating and allocating agency staff into urgent and planned client shifts
- Responding quickly to last-minute staffing requests to maintain continuity of care
- Building strong working relationships with clients and care staff through clear, timely communication
- Managing shift confirmations, cancellations, and real-time changes
- Ensuring accurate and timely allocation of staff to meet compliance and client requirements
- Maintaining up-to-date staff availability, credentials, and workforce records
- Supporting safe staffing levels across various clients
- Working collaboratively within a high-performing and responsive operations team
Ideal Candidate will be:
Have an excellent phone manner and strong communication skills
Experience using MS Office and MS Outlook
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Training and support will be provided.
