Research Assistant (Remote, Philippines-based)

Support a West Australian mining operation with the steady, behind-the-scenes work that keeps projects moving. A reliability role for someone dependable who gets things done without hand-holding.

You'll handle day-to-day research and admin: pulling documents from government and industry sites, basic procurement, and QGIS mapping, all sped up with AI tools. Not a specialist role, a reliable one.

What you'll do:
>Pull documents from government, industry, and mining sites
>Run basic procurement end to end
>Handle day-to-day maps and data in QGIS
>Use AI to speed up research and document-finding
>Keep records organized and projects moving

What you'll need:
>Reliable and resourceful, with strong common sense
>Comfortable using AI for everyday research
>Sharp on repetitive, detail-heavy work
>Remote-ready, clear written English
>QGIS confidence a plus, not a must

Bonus points:
>Mining, geology, or tenement exposure
>Government or procurement sourcing experience
>Fast self-teacher on new tools
