Remote Subrogation Administrator (SA)

The A ---------- Guys, a premier personal injury law firm based in Los Angeles, California, is seeking a full-time, remote Subrogation Administrator (SA) to join our team.
The Subrogation Administrator plays a key role in managing health insurance subrogation claims and liens, ensuring that all claims are properly opened, tracked, and processed. This role requires good English skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with health insurance providers.

Compensation
$5.00 USD/hour + bonus opportunities
Full-time (40 hours/week)
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time

Skills & Requirements
Computer Requirements: Macbook Air/Pro atleast 2022 or Windows 11 PC atleast 16GB RAM, Core i5 with atleast 500GB of free SSD storage
Dual Monitor Required within 30 days of employment
2+ years of Virtual Assistant (VA) or administrative experience
2+ years of experience in claims processing, subrogation, or insurance preferred
Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple claims at once
Proactive and able to work independently
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new systems
Ability to work 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM PST

Responsibilities
Manage health insurance subrogation claims and liens
Open and track subrogation claims to ensure timely processing
Handle subrogation liens and ensure all necessary documentation is obtained
Follow up on lien processing and ensure timely completion
Communicate with health insurance providers to verify and negotiate claims
Maintain accurate records of all subrogation-related correspondence
Work closely with the legal team to support case resolution
