Customer Service Representative

Schedule: 35 hours weekly | 8am-4pm with a one hour break for lunch (7 hour workday) | Remote

Abanaki Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, & independent Customer Service Representative to collaborate with our sales team in supporting B2B customers. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication & customer service skills, QuickBooks experience, and a sales-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound customer inquiries via email and phone calls as needed
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and generate invoices in QuickBooks (data and order entry)
• Coordinate with sales staff to ensure accurate order entry, pricing, and timely fulfillment
• Provide ongoing customer support and order updates
• Identify upselling opportunities and support sales initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between customers and sales staff

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• QuickBooks experience required
• B2B customer service experience preferred
• Sales experience with a consultative approach
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently & collaborate with a team
• HubSpot experience is an awesome bonus!
