Remote Collections Representative (U.S. B2B)

We are a U.S.-based industrial supplier looking for a calm, professional Accounts Receivable/customer service rep.

Responsibilities include:
• Following up on invoices
• Collecting payment by phone
• Handling customer objections and resolving payments


Requirements:
• Excellent spoken English with no accent
• Previous experience in B2B ar/collections
• Professional phone presence
• Reliable internet
• Able to follow scripts and take direction
