Our Miami Beach & Hialeah franchise (Maison Molano Inc.) serves over 36 ZIP codes across Miami-Dade County and is backed by a leadership team with 30+ years of experience in global emergency response, large-scale disaster operations, and infrastructure restoration.
We are in active growth mode and moving fast. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with TPAs, property managers, hotels, and insurers who need a reliable, bilingual restoration partner they can trust.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a high-energy, results-obsessed Remote Business Development Representative based in the Philippines to serve as the engine of our outbound pipeline. This is not a passive role. We need a hunter — someone who wakes up thinking about how to get the next meeting on the calendar.
You will be the voice and first impression of Paul Davis in Miami. Your mission is to open doors, book qualified appointments, and build relationships with the accounts that will drive our revenue for years to come.

TARGET OUTREACH — PRIORITY ORDER
You will build and execute multi-touch outreach sequences targeting the following verticals in priority order:

1 TPA Outreach Get meetings with TPAs (Homee, Ebryl, and others) to establish or expand our approved vendor status and program relationships.
2 Property Managers & HOAs Introduce Paul Davis as the preferred restoration vendor for residential communities, condo associations, and commercial properties across Miami-Dade.
3 Hotels & Hospitality Connect with facilities directors and GM-level contacts at Miami Beach hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups to position Paul Davis for emergency restoration contracts.
4 Insurance Adjusters & Agents Build relationships with independent adjusters and agency principals (State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, and regional carriers) to generate inbound referrals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute daily high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn targeting decision-makers across all four verticals
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using online directories, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and industry databases
• Run structured multi-touch sequences (calls, voicemails, emails) from provided templates, adapting messaging to each prospect
• Qualify prospects and book confirmed appointments for the owner or field team — your #1 success metric
• Log 100% of activity in the CRM daily: contacts added, calls made, emails sent, responses received, meetings booked
• Follow up systematically — no lead goes cold, no appointment goes unconfirmed
• Track and report weekly KPIs: contacts reached, appointments set, pipeline status
• Identify the right decision-maker at each account (GM, Facilities Director, Claims Manager, TPA Program Coordinator) before outreach
• Handle objections confidently and professionally, keeping conversations moving toward a scheduled meeting
• Collaborate with the owner weekly to refine messaging, prioritize accounts, and improve conversion

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS (KPIS)
You will be measured on leading indicators, not just outcomes. Here is what success looks like:

REQUIREMENTS
Non-Negotiable:
• Fluent, professional English — written and spoken. Clear diction. You will be speaking with U.S. business executives.
• 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or business development — with a track record of results
• High D / High I DISC profile — assertive, fast-moving, persuasive, and optimistic. We will ask you to take an assessment.
• Reliable high-speed internet, quiet professional workspace, and quality headset
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time business hours (at least 6 hours overlap with 8am–6pm ET)
• Comfortable with CRM-based workflows — logging activity, updating pipelines, and working from structured sequences
Strongly Preferred:
• Experience selling into commercial real estate, property management, insurance, hospitality, or B2B services
• Familiarity with the U.S. insurance, TPA, or property management industry
• Spanish language skills — a meaningful bonus given our Miami market
• Prior experience with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Experience executing multi-step email + call sequences
