JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing residential painting company based in California, and we are looking for a motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented VA to join our team.

This role is mainly focused on appointment setting, lead follow-up, and client communication, but we are also looking for someone who can bring more value to the team through organization, creativity, and strong admin skills.

The ideal candidate is not just someone who can make calls. We are looking for someone who can help us stay organized, improve systems, understand our brand, and support the team as we continue to grow.

Main Responsibilities:

Call, text, and follow up with potential clients to schedule free estimates
Communicate professionally with leads and clients
Keep track of leads, follow-ups, appointments, and updates
Use CRM tools, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Gmail, and other platforms
Help organize data, create tracking sheets, and improve simple systems
Assist with admin tasks related to scheduling, client updates, and internal processes
Follow company scripts while still sounding natural, warm, and professional
Maintain a high level of detail and consistency in all work

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong communication and phone skills
Experience in appointment setting, sales support, or client follow-up preferred
Comfortable working during West Coast business hours
Strong Google Sheets skills or willingness to become very good with spreadsheets
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to track information clearly
Creative and able to help improve systems, forms, trackers, and processes
Able to understand and follow company branding, tone, and standards
Reliable computer, phone, and strong internet connection
Comfortable working remotely with a team
Coachable, proactive, and willing to learn

Experience:

Experience in appointment setting is preferred, especially in home services, construction, high-ticket sales, or service-based businesses.

However, we are also open to training the right person if they have strong communication skills, a great attitude, and the ability to learn quickly.
