Recruiting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager with a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting, preferably within healthcare or other high-volume hiring environments. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and takes ownership of the recruiting process by consistently identifying ways to improve hiring outcomes rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

Prior experience recruiting through Indeed, including candidate sourcing and applicant management.
Experience scheduling and conducting virtual interviews.
Strong communication skills with fluent, professional English (written and verbal).
Experience corresponding with candidates throughout the hiring process, including follow-ups and offer coordination.
Ability to develop creative recruiting strategies beyond traditional job boards (social media, networking, referrals, community outreach, etc.).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Professional, distraction-free workspace suitable for conducting virtual interviews.
High level of initiative with the ability to work independently, identify hiring needs, and proactively solve recruiting challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for multiple positions.
Manage job postings and applicant pipelines on Indeed and other recruiting platforms.
Schedule and conduct virtual interviews.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Develop and implement new recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates outside of traditional channels.
Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities for new hires.
Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to employee.
Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized hiring records.
