We're looking for an experienced Recruiter who is passionate about finding great people and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Do

As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Responsibilities include:

Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apollo, job boards, social media, referrals, and other sourcing tools.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
Evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records in Pinpoint ATS.
Build and maintain talent pipelines.
Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Meet weekly hiring and interview goals.
Provide recruiting updates and activity reports.
Work closely with our U.S. recruiting leadership team.
Qualifications
2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Experience recruiting for U.S. companies preferred.
Experience using an ATS (Pinpoint preferred but not required).
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and job boards.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fast paced environment.
Reliable high speed internet.
Quiet home office with minimal distractions.
Laptop or desktop computer with webcam.
