real estate cold caller ( closer)

Looking for an experienced real estate closer / cold caller that has worked in real estate before. Needs to have good english and communication skills
This Job pays commision plus competitive hourly pay.

This will be part time position with the ability to go full time if qualified.

Two week training/ Probation period

- Thorough understanding of U.S culture and geography
- Thorough knowledge Real estate transactions
- Great time management
- Great communication skills
- Active listening skills
- Art of sales skills
- able to close 2 deals per month
