Salary: $5/hr + $1,000 bonuses per closed deal
Hours: 15 hours/week (3 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
Schedule: Must be available between 9 AM – 12 PM PST

We're a U.S.-based real estate investment company looking for a highly reliable and resourceful Virtual Assistant to help us source off-market deals and manage our growing social media presence.

This is a dual role perfect for someone with real estate research experience and social media coordination skills. You’ll be helping us find investment properties and grow our online brand presence—while having the opportunity to earn big bonuses on top of your hourly pay!

Responsibilities:
???? Real Estate Lead Generation (2 hrs/day):

Research 3 viable investment properties per day

Run numbers for ARV, MAO, and rehab costs

Collect listing agent names and contact numbers

Search for deals on:

MLS / Zillow / Redfin

County deed auction websites

Craigslist for landlord lien auctions (especially manufactured homes)

Organize and present findings in a daily spreadsheet

???? Social Media Management (1 hr/day):

Coordinate with our video editor to post daily reels

Platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook

Respond to comments and DMs, engage with followers

Suggest and brainstorm new content ideas

Track engagement and flag questions to the team

What We’re Looking For:
? Experience as a VA in real estate and/or social media
? Strong English communication (written & spoken)
? Familiar with Google Sheets, Drive, MLS tools, and video platforms
? Creative thinker with social media awareness
? Detail-oriented, highly organized, and resourceful
? Reliable internet connection and computer
? Willing to grow with our business and take on future support roles

What You’ll Get:
???? $5/hour starting rate
