Quality Assurance & Optimization Specialist (WordPress/Elementor)

Hey there!! We're looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to join our team! This job is perfect for those who are incredibly talented, value their time and already have work and looking for extra work to do.

Who we're looking for:
- Someone with a have sharp attention to detail and love making websites flawless
- A perfectionist
- You’re comfortable testing, auditing, and fixing issues (not just reporting them)
- You know & are comfortable with WordPress + Elementor
- You’re an expert in browser dev tools (console errors, layout issues, inspect)
- You understand CSS, Html and Java (at least enough to troubleshoot and fix issues)
- You have a great understanding of SMTP setup and DNS tweaking
- You are familiar with site speed tools (PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix, Lighthouse)

Note: This will be our first time bringing on a dedicated QA Specialist, so we’re looking for someone who knows what to do, and can help teach us what to look for. We’d love to work with someone who’s independent, experienced, and confident in their process. Someone who ideally has their own systems and checklists they follow and someone who can look at a website and immediately know what needs attention, what to test, and how to improve performance and quality overall. You’ll have a lot of freedom to set up your own QA flow, best practices, and recommendations for how we can improve our launch process moving forward.


What You’ll Do:
- Perform pre-launch QA audits on client sites (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Check all buttons, links, forms, popups, menus, images, etc.
- Run site speed tests and optimize performance (compress images, reduce plugin bloat, optimize CSS/JS)
- Identify and fix console errors, layout shifts, broken elements
- Provide a short summary report of what you fixed
- Help with SMTP setup, DNS setting changes and push websites to go live.

Over time the role may grow into ongoing QA / maintenance work
