Proxy & Network Specialist (Remote — Philippines)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Proxy & Network Specialist based in the Philippines to manage proxy infrastructure and support legitimate testing and research activities. This role focuses on maintaining proxy services for lawful uses such as load testing, geolocation QA, ad verification, and data collection that complies with target sites’ terms of service and applicable laws.

Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain residential, datacenter, and rotating proxies for approved testing use cases
Monitor proxy health, performance, uptime, and IP reputation
Implement authentication, access controls, and usage logging
Optimize proxy routing and latency for regional testing
Document configurations, inventories, and procedures
Work with engineering and compliance teams to ensure all activity follows sites’ terms of service and local regulations
Troubleshoot network issues and liaise with providers for onboarding and support
Requirements:

Based in the Philippines; fluent in English
2+ years experience with proxies, VPNs, or network infrastructure
Hands-on with proxy management tools, SOCKS/HTTP proxies, and authentication methods
Familiarity with IP reputation, rate-limiting, and anti-abuse best practices
Basic Linux, shell scripting, and network troubleshooting (tcpdump, Wireshark) skills
Strong documentation, communication, and compliance-oriented mindset
Nice to have:

Experience with automated testing tools, load testing, or web QA
Understanding of privacy, security, and ethical scraping practices
