Property Management Virtual Assistant (DoorLoop Experience))

Property Management Virtual Assistant (DoorLoop) – Full-Time Remote

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Property Management Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing U.S.-based real estate investment and property management company.

This role is ideal for someone with strong property management experience who can confidently manage tenant communications, maintenance coordination, collections, bookkeeping support, and administrative operations.

- Manage residential and commercial property portfolios
- Handle tenant communication via phone, email, and text
- Coordinate maintenance requests with vendors and contractors
- Schedule inspections and track work orders through completion
- Process lease renewals and assist with tenant onboarding and move-outs
- Support Section 8 documentation and leasing processes
- Monitor rent collections and follow up on overdue balances
- Record payments and assist with bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Generate operational and financial reports
- Coordinate insurance renewals and utility account transfers
- Maintain organized property records and update DoorLoop accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of property management experience
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial properties
- Strong accounts receivable and rent collections experience
- Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendors
- Familiarity with lease renewals and tenant documentation
- Bookkeeping or accounting support experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Highly Preferred:
- DoorLoop experience
- Experience with AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager, Yardi, or Propertyware
- QuickBooks experience
- Experience supporting U.S.-based property management companies

Work Setup:
- Full-Time Remote
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Client's Time Zone)
