We are looking for a motivated Mid-level Project Manager with direct experience in software development projects to help manage initiatives, ensure alignment with goals, and maintain our high delivery standards.

Role Summary

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Software Developers, and QA Engineers to coordinate and execute software projects. Your role will include managing sprint cycles, ensuring agile principles are upheld, and delivering solutions that meet client expectations. This position is ideal for someone with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and project management in tech-focused environments.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Management: Support agile software development teams by managing sprints, stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning, tracking, and delivering projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, and QA, to align resources and priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or challenges to maintain project ---------- ntum.
Quality Assurance Oversight: Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client specifications before deployment.
Process Optimization: Analyze project performance metrics to recommend improvements for future projects.
Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, including roadmaps, timelines, and progress reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Experience in Software Projects: Demonstrated experience managing or coordinating projects in software development environments.
Agile Expertise: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and other agile methodologies.
Technical Fluency: Comfortable working alongside developers and understanding software development workflows.
Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
Strong Communication: Ability to translate technical project goals into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing complex project challenges with proactive solutions.
Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing and juggling multiple software deliverables.
Adaptability: Open to evolving project requirements in a dynamic software environment.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in project management within a software development setting.
Knowledge of and demonstrable experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
