**Job Title: Project Manager - Renovation Projects (Remote)**
**Overview:**
Manage and coordinate renovation projects remotely, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery while maintaining quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Project Planning:**
- Develop project scope, timeline, and budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and feasibility studies.
2. **Stakeholder Management:**
- Serve as the main contact for clients.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers through virtual meetings and communication tools.
3. **Budget Management:**
- Prepare and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and control expenses remotely.
4. **Scheduling:**
- Create and maintain project schedules.
- Allocate resources effectively.
5. **Quality Control:**
- Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards through virtual inspections and updates.
- Utilize digital tools for progress tracking and quality checks.
6. **Risk Management:**
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Implement contingency plans.
7. **Documentation:**
- Maintain project records and documentation.
- Prepare and share progress reports through online platforms.
8. **Team Leadership:**
- Lead and mentor project tea

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Proven experience in construction or renovation project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and remote collaboration tools.
- PMP certification preferred.
