You'll be the person who keeps everything moving across brand strategy engagements, web projects, content programs, and events. This role is built on proactive follow-through and clear communication, not waiting to be told what to do next.
What You'll Do
• Own project timelines and scope across all active client work — brand strategy, web builds, and content
• Coordinate contractors and freelancers; traffic work between them and keep delivery moving
• Own all status updates and client-facing project communication
• Keep content scheduling and publishing on track across projects
• Run logistics for agency events and a conference the agency is producing
• Proactively surface risks, blockers, and delays before they escalate
What We're Looking For
• Highly organized with a track record of following through without being chased
• Proactive by default — moves work forward without waiting to be asked
• Strong communicator with clients, contractors, and collaborators
• Experience coordinating freelancers, contractors, or cross-functional project teams
• Comfortable in project management tools — Asana, ClickUp, Notion, or Basecamp
• Agency background or experience supporting a founder directly is a strong plus
• Stays calm and clear-headed when managing multiple concurrent projects
