About CEG United
CEG United is a financial consulting and funding strategy firm that helps individuals and business owners build strong banking relationships, improve fundability, and access personal and business capital. We operate at the intersection of finance, automation, and client experience — combining data-driven insights with hands-on execution.
We are growing fast and are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Project Manager to help keep our internal operations, automations, and client workflows running smoothly.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee internal projects, client workflow execution, and cross-team coordination between operations, processing, developers, and leadership.
This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically but execute tactically — someone who lives in Asana, understands APIs/automations at a high level, and can keep multiple moving parts aligned without constant supervision.

• Automation builds (forms, portals, dashboards)
• Create, assign, and track tasks in Asana with clear timelines and ownership
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards
Operations & Team Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact between:
• Processing team
• Developers
• Management
• Translate business requirements into clear execution steps
• Follow up on blockers and enforce accountability
Systems & Automation Oversight
• Help manage workflows involving tools like:
• Jotform
• Airtable / Google Sheets
• APIs & automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)
• Document SOPs and process improvements
• Identify inefficiencies and propose better systems
Client-Facing Support (Light)
• Ensure client deliverables are completed and sent on time
• Coordinate internal steps after payments, agreements, and approvals
• Maintain high service standards across the client lifecycle
Qualifications
Required
• 2+ years experience in Project Management, Operations, or Workflow Coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using project management tools (Asana preferred)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable working with structured processes and deadlines
Preferred (Big Plus)
• Experience in finance, credit, banking, or fintech
• Familiarity with automation tools and APIs
• Experience working with developers or technical teams
• Strong documentation and SOP-writing skills
Ideal Candidate Traits
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Proactive — you don’t wait to be told what’s broken
• Tech-comfortable (you don’t need to code, but you understand systems)
• Calm under pressure and good at prioritizing
• Takes ownership and sees projects through to completion
Compensation
• Competitive salary (based on experience)
• Performance-based growth opportunities
• Opportunity to grow into Senior Operations or Program Manager role
