What You’ll Do (Main Responsibilities)
As our Training Specialist, you will be the bridge between our product and our public presenters. We need someone who can rapidly absorb our product knowledge and immediately support the team post-onboarding.
Onboarding & Coaching: Lead high-impact pre-live training sessions for newly hired Live Streamers, ensuring they are ready for prime time.
Knowledge Transfer: Translate cryptocurrency, trading concepts, and Aurenix AI’s product positioning into easy-to-understand, engaging talking points.
Content & Script Development: Build, refine, and update structured training notes, scripts, and engagement templates.
Performance Feedback: Review practice sessions, provide constructive feedback, and audit live streams to maintain top-tier communication standards.
Cross-Team Alignment: Coordinate closely with internal teams via Telegram and Zoom to track talent progress and adapt training materials as our product evolves.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
To excel in this role, you must possess a strong blend of the following core competencies:
Master Presenter & Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written English. You have an elite ability to explain complex, technical, or financial products simply, clearly, and persuasively.
Experienced Educator: Proven track record in Training, Coaching, Learning & Development (L&D), Sales Training, or Onboarding talent.
Fast Learner & Agile Executor: Ability to quickly absorb our systems during onboarding and immediately step in to support the live streaming team without hand-holding.
Tech & Media Savvy: Comfortable managing workflows remotely via Telegram, Zoom, and Google Meet.
The X-Factor (Big Plus): Prior experience in fintech, crypto trading, live-stream agencies (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada), or financial sales/marketing is a massive advantage.
