Product Developer / Apparel Designer
ICY Studios | Full-Time | Remote (Philippines Preferred)

About ICY Studios

ICY Studios is a fast-growing custom apparel and streetwear production company based in Houston, Texas. We work with brands, creators, businesses, and influencers to bring ideas to life through high-quality apparel production, creative design, and innovative product development.

We are looking for a highly creative and product-focused Product Developer / Apparel Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, apparel construction, trend research, and creative direction while also being hands-on in developing products from concept to execution.

This position has strong long-term growth potential and could eventually evolve into a Creative Director role for the right person.

Responsibilities:

- Develop apparel concepts and collections from idea to final product
- Create mockups, tech packs, and product specifications
- Research trends, fabrics, fits, washes, trims, and garment construction
- Work closely with production and leadership teams on sampling and execution
- Help source blanks, fabrics, embellishments, and production materials
- Assist with graphic placement, garment styling, and creative direction
- Collaborate on brand campaigns, seasonal drops, and product launches
- Ensure products align with ICY’s brand direction and quality standards
- Contribute creative ideas for new apparel categories and collections
- Support the development of scalable and production-ready products
- Ideal Candidate
- Strong understanding of streetwear, fashion, and apparel product development
- Experience in apparel design, fashion design, or product development
- Ability to create tech packs and production-ready specifications
- Strong eye for trends, fit, quality, and creative direction
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly creative
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for apparel, fashion, and brand building

Preferred Experience

- Experience in streetwear or custom apparel
- Knowledge of garment construction and printing methods
- Experience working with manufacturers or production teams
- Experience developing collections or apparel lines
- Creative direction or branding experience is a plus
