Phone Setter

We’re a fast-growing advertising startup in Canada hiring an **Appointment Setter** (monthly retainer after probation and strong performance).

You will call warm leads and book appointments for health and beauty clients like **medspas**, **laser clinics**, and **estheticians**.

**What you’ll do**

- Call new leads within **5 minutes** of coming into our CRM
- Update the CRM with appointments, notes, and follow-ups
- Follow up by **SMS** and **email** to book appointments
- Answer questions and handle objections calmly and professionally
- Learn the basics of common treatments (Botox, PRP, laser hair removal)
- Share feedback to improve scripts and lead quality
- Join daily and weekly check-ins

**What we’re looking for**

- **Excellent English** (spoken and written)
- Sales or appointment setting experience
- Medspa or high-ticket beauty experience is a plus
- Comfortable using CRMs (GoHighLevel/GHL is a plus)
- Available during **EST business hours**
- This is a primary role (no agencies or subcontracting)
- Reliable communication, quiet workspace, and stable internet
