We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to help enter assessment data into spreadsheets. The role primarily involves reviewing information collected by our assessment team and accurately transferring it into structured templates.
This is a straightforward but detail-focused position that requires consistency, accuracy, and the ability to follow instructions carefully.
Responsibilities
Enter assessment data into Google Sheets and Excel spreadsheets
Review source documents and transfer information into the correct fields
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Follow established formatting and data-entry guidelines
Flag missing, inconsistent, or unclear information for review
Maintain organized records and meet assigned deadlines
Requirements
Previous experience with data entry or administrative work
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a low error rate
Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Drive
Able to follow written instructions and standardized processes
Reliable and capable of handling repetitive tasks accurately
Comfortable asking questions when source data is unclear
Nice to Have
Experience working with large spreadsheets or datasets
Familiarity with CRM systems or database management
Experience performing quality checks on entered data
Basic online research experience
Previous remote work experience
