We are an established, growing US-based transportation company seeking a dependable overnight coordinator with demonstrable logistics experience—specifically in freight—to support live dispatch operations teams during US after-hours (2200–0600 Central Time, Monday–Sunday, or 2200–0400 Monday–Sunday).
Owners will mentor you personally as you work alongside AI tools and a team of drivers to gain cutting-edge IT experience in a grounded, real-world setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and
- View and help manage the fleet via telematics
- Contact drivers at each stop to prompt timely uploads of delivery signatures and paperwork
- Work with AI tools to check that all paperwork meets specifications, classify the paperwork, and flag problems
- Handle nighttime payment of unloading services, unplanned miscellaneous fees for drivers (SOPs provided for authorization)
- Prepare and do quality-control on invoices working with AI tools
- Data entry to maintain accounts receivable aging summary (no accounting experience needed!)
- Onboard new customers (no sales experience needed) with data entry and coordination by phone and
- Maintain a good attitude and help solve logistical and communications problems under pressure
Skills Required
Prior freight logistics experience (brokerage, carrier dispatch, or 3PL operations) is mandatory and will be verified
Professional written and spoken English, 50+wpm typing
