The type of person that gets excited when they can eliminate manual work, automate an entire process, organize messy operations, and make a business run smoother than ever before.

This is NOT an IT support role.

This is a systems-building role.

You'll become the technical backbone of our company by owning and improving the software, automations, AI agents, and operational infrastructure that powers our business.

Build systems that save time, eliminate manual work, improve client experience, and allow our team to scale.

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. GOHIGHLEVEL EXPERT

Become our internal GoHighLevel expert.

Responsibilities include:

• Successful A2P Compliance Setup
• Build and maintain client accounts
• Client onboarding
• Client migrations
• Build SaaS snapshots
• Build funnels
• Build websites
• Configure pipelines
• Build calendars
• Create forms and surveys
• Build opportunities
• Configure phone systems
• Review generation systems
• Email automations
• SMS automations
• AI appointment booking
• Missed call text back
• Conversation AI
• Workflow troubleshooting
• CRM optimization
• White-label SaaS setup
• Quality assurance before launches
• Ongoing optimization of client accounts

2. AI AGENT DEVELOPMENT

We're heavily investing in AI.

You'll help us design and build AI agents that improve both our internal operations and our clients' businesses.

Examples include:

• AI receptionists
• AI appointment setters
• AI customer support
• AI review assistants
• AI lead qualification
• AI sales assistants
• Internal AI knowledge agents
• SOP AI assistants
• Voice AI
• Chatbots
• Custom GPTs
• Prompt engineering
• AI workflow optimization

Experience with OpenAI, Claude, n8n, Vapi, ElevenLabs, Voiceflow, ---------- , or similar AI platforms is a huge plus.

3. CLICKUP SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

Own our entire ClickUp workspace.

Responsibilities include:

• Design scalable workflows
• Build dashboards
• Create custom fields
• Build automations
• Build & Organize SOPs
• Project templates
• Task templates
• Team reporting dashboards
• Workspace optimization
• Internal documentation
• Productivity improvements
• Time-saving automations

4. AUTOMATION & INTEGRATIONS

One of your biggest responsibilities.

You'll constantly identify repetitive work and automate it.

You'll work directly with leadership to improve how our business operates.

• Improve onboarding
• Improve fulfillment

• Standardize internal processes
• Create and maintain SOPs
• Improve reporting
• Improve communication
• Recommend new software
• Build internal dashboards
• Continuously optimize company operations
