JOB OVERVIEW

About Us

We're a fast-growing e-commerce company running six Shopify stores with combined annual revenue of $200,000+. Our
growth is driven primarily through Pinterest and Google Ads. Our product mix currently spans 80% general merchandise and
20?shion — all general stores, not branded ones. We're constantly testing new products and expanding, and we're looking
for an Operations Manager to help us run this engine smarter, cleaner, and more efficiently.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you'll own the day-to-day operational health of our six stores — from pricing accuracy and product
data to reporting and process automation. You'll be the person who spots what's broken, fixes it, and builds systems so it
doesn't break again. Manage. about 3 employees, communicate with our email marketing company, communicate with our customer service agency, communicate with 2 different Chinese suppliers.

What You'll Do

• Run and maintain our weekly ---------- automations to keep operations organized and on track.
• Perform regular margin checks across all stores — since we test many new products, selling prices sometimes end up
wrong. You'll catch these errors and correct them quickly.
• Execute bulk updates across our catalog using Matrixify (or similar): product types, SEO titles, descriptions, and meta
descriptions.
• Build and run reports to identify underperforming or stale products — for example, items added years ago that have
seen no sessions in recent months — and recommend what to do with them.
• Create strong, converting product page listings: know what specifications matter, what makes a good product photo, and
how to present offers that convert.
• Continuously look for ways to automate our operations and reduce manual work across the business.
• Manage analytics from apps like, ParcelWINN, Aftersell, Disputifier,

What We're Looking For

This is not a training position. We need someone who already has hands-on, proven experience and can take full
ownership from day one — no ramp-up time. Please do not respond to this vacancy if you do not have the experience we are looking for or you are not really an asset for our company right away.

• Solid, proven experience running Shopify general dropshipping stores — you understand the day-to-day mechanics of
sourcing, testing, and managing dropshipped products at scale.
• Experience with fashion dropshipping specifically — sizing, variants, supplier lead times, and the extra data complexity
fashion products bring.
• Direct, hands-on experience bulk editing products in Shopify using Matrixify or a comparable bulk-edit app (e.g. bulk
updates to titles, descriptions, product types, SEO fields, pricing) — you should be able to do this without guidance.
• Fluent, professional communication skills in English.
• A genuinely proactive mindset — someone who thinks beyond the immediate task, spots issues and opportunities before
being asked, and takes initiative without waiting for instructions.
• An eye for product presentation — pricing, specifications, photography, and copy that converts.
If you don't have real, hands-on Shopify dropshipping and Matrixify (or equivalent) experience, please don't apply — we're
looking for someone who can step in and perform immediately.

What We Offer
• A fixed monthly salary — negotiable, based on experience.
• Performance-based bonuses as the business grows.
• Real ownership over the operations of a growing, multi-store e-commerce business.
