Operations Lead

Operations Lead — Remote

We're building a remote team delivering service to our clients. Your job is to find the right people, get them working, and keep everything running.

You'll work directly with management. You'll own the outcome — not just the tasks. Some areas you’ll build as you go. If you've run a hiring or operations function before and you know how to get people from interested to working, we'd like to hear from you.

What you'll own:
- Finding and activating qualified candidates for the roles
- Getting new people onboarded and producing
- Connecting clients to the right resources when work comes in
- Keeping the pipeline moving and escalating when something needs a decision

What we're looking for:
- You've run something before — not just supported it
- You make decisions without waiting to be told how
- You communicate proactively, not reactively
- You treat the outcome as your responsibility
- Strong written English. Reliable. Self-directed.

Compensation:
$12–$18/hour based on experience, plus performance bonus as the business grows.
