Job Summary:
The Operations Coordinator will support daily operations by coordinating customer experience activities, logistics processes, order fulfillment, and cross-functional communication. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving operational challenges while ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer inquiries, order tracking, shipment updates, and issue resolution.
Serve as a liaison between customers, logistics providers, warehouses, and internal teams.
Monitor order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery of products.
Track and manage logistics-related issues, returns, and escalations.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Assist with inventory reconciliation and supply chain coordination.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance customer experience.
Support operational reporting and KPI tracking.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, customer service, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and operational systems.
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in e-commerce, fulfillment, or logistics environments.
Familiarity with CRM, order management, or inventory systems.
Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams.
