About the Role
We're looking for a proactive Operations & Client Services Coordinator to become the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up with leads to convert them into booked jobs.

You'll play a direct role in the company's growth by delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting day-to-day business operations.

Requirement
- At least 4+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, client services, sales support, or operations.
- Confident handling inbound calls, customer inquiries, and lead follow-ups.
- Strong phone communication skills with the ability to build rapport and convert inquiries into booked appointments or services.
- Experience preparing estimates, quotes, or closing service-based sales is highly preferred.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a startup where flexibility, initiative, and ownership are expected.
- Experience using CRM and scheduling software (WORKIZ or similar platforms preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general business software.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving customer experience and internal processes.

Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, emails and text messages inquiries
- Respond quickly to new leads and customer inquiries
- Follow up consistently with prospects to convert inquiries into booked jobs
- Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service throughout the booking process
- Coordinate scheduling and daily operations
- Track KPIs and maintain organized documentation
- Assist with invoicing, billing coordination, and administrative tasks
- Support email campaigns and customer outreach initiatives
- Recommend improvements to customer experience and internal processes
