The Role

You'll be the operational heartbeat of the business. Andrea is the visionary and the channel. You are the one who makes sure the channel's output actually lands in the world, on time, working, beautiful, with zero broken links.

What that looks like week to week:

- Own the operations of launches, programs, and evergreen offers from mapped-out plan to post-launch debrief
- Manage projects, timelines
- Run and refine the tech stack: course platforms, email marketing, funnels, automations, checkout flows, community spaces and integrating AI automations as we go. We are an AI forward company.
- Build and document systems and SOPs so the business gets simpler as it grows, not heavier
- Watch the numbers, notice the patterns, and flag what Andrea needs to see before she needs to see it
- Protect Andrea's energy and spaciousness, because that spaciousness is literally where the revenue comes from

Who You Are

You notice things. Not as a skill you list on a resume, as a compulsion you've had your whole life. You're the person who catches the wrong date on the graphic, the automation that quietly stopped firing, the client email that fell through a crack nobody else could see. You prevent fires. You almost never have to fight them, because you saw the smoke three weeks ago and handled it.

You genuinely enjoy tech. New platform? Fun. Broken Zapier? A puzzle you'd honestly rather solve than hand off. You don't need to be a developer, you need to be the person who says "give me an hour" and comes back with it working.

You're steady. Calm under pressure, consistent without being managed, the person a team trusts on their worst day. And you can hold a standard out loud. When something's off, you say so, kindly and directly, even when the person you're saying it to is the founder. A yes-woman cannot do this job. The Details

- Part-time contractor role, averages 20 hours a week (Sometimes more one week or less the next but across the month it's about 20 hours per week, fully remote
- Room to grow with the business for the right person
- Compensation:$10/hr as a 2-week trial and then available to negotiate based on level of skill and experience
- Flexible hours with some availability needed during launch windows. We need you available until 2PM EST.
