n8n + Pipedrive Developer (B2B Event Automation / SMS Integration

We’re AISLE Partners, an AI automation agency seeking an experienced n8n + Pipedrive developer to automate our B2B event management workflows for healthcare/pharma clients.

SCOPE (5 Workflows)
1. Email validation & cleanup
2. Multi-channel outreach (email, SMS, LinkedIn)
3. Response handler (classify + update CRM)
4. Positive RSVP detection & confirmation
5. Data cleanup & deduplication

TECH STACK
n8n (Community Edition), Pipedrive API, SMS (Twilio), LinkedIn automation tools (Hermes SDR / Instantly / Apollo)

DELIVERABLES
- 5 working workflows (JSON export)
- Pipedrive custom fields configured
- Basic documentation (Google Doc)
- 2–3 hour handover call
- 4 weeks bug-fix support

TIMELINE
3 weeks part-time (15–20 hrs/week) — can be completed sooner if available full-time.

BUDGET
$800–$1,200 (fixed price, milestone-based)
