Moving Experience Operations Manager - Remote

If you know the moving industry and you're ready to step into a role where your experience actually matters, this is it. We are a growing San Diego-based moving company looking for an Operations Manager who has been in the field and understands what it takes to run a move from start to finish.

What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day operations: dispatching, scheduling, and crew coordination
- Handle billing and invoicing for all completed jobs
- Be the go-to contact for customers before, during, and after their move
- Solve real-time problems quickly and communicate clearly with the team
- Keep job records clean and up to date
- Help us keep building systems that actually work

What We're Looking For
- Moving industry experience is required -- you need to know this world
- Strong ops mindset: organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple jobs
- Customer-facing communication skills that are calm and professional under pressure
- Self-directed: you manage your time and don't need to be hand-held
- Comfortable working remotely with digital tools
- Billing/invoicing experience is a bonus
