modeling Structural and building components

Looking to add a talented Draftsperson / BIM Modeler to our growing team.

Requirements:
• Strong experience with CAD, Revit, and PlanSketch
• Ability to take a full set of architectural plans and integrate our structural system into the design
• Create detailed 3D models
• Coordinate MEP systems within the model
• Develop projects through shop drawing level
• Strong understanding of construction and structural coordination
• Fluent English communication skills are required

We are looking for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently while coordinating with our engineering and construction teams.

Experience with light-gauge steel (LGS) systems, panelization, or modular construction is a major plus.
