Mid-Senior Full-Stack Web Developer (WordPress + React) | Urgent Hiring

We're looking for a Mid-Senior Full-Stack Web Developer with a strong frontend and WordPress foundation who can also leverage modern AI-assisted development workflows to build and deploy complete web solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership—from building high-converting landing pages to deploying modern headless applications and managing production infrastructure.

###What You'll Do

CMS & WordPress Development
Build and maintain custom WordPress websites
Develop custom themes and WooCommerce implementations
Create advanced Elementor and Divi page layouts
Build complex content structures using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF)
Maintain and optimize existing WordPress websites
Frontend Development
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect websites
Develop using:
HTML5
CSS3
Tailwind CSS
JavaScript
jQuery
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive behavior
Optimize frontend performance and user experience
Full-Stack Development

Assist in developing modern applications using technologies such as:

React
Next.js
Node.js
Laravel
Supabase

You are not expected to be a backend expert, but you should be comfortable using AI tools and documentation to:

Build features
Debug issues
Connect APIs
Work with databases
Deliver production-ready solutions
DevOps & Infrastructure

Manage and deploy web applications across multiple environments.

Responsibilities include:

VPS management (Ubuntu / Windows Server)
cPanel administration
Cloudflare configuration
SSL certificate management
DNS configuration

Email routing
Microsoft 365
Google Workspace
Website migrations
Deployment workflows
Project Ownership
Manage tasks through ClickUp
Estimate project timelines
Maintain Git/GitHub workflows
Deliver clean, production-ready code
Collaborate with project managers and designers

###Who You Are

Experience
2–4+ years of professional web development experience
Agency experience is a strong advantage
Frontend Expert

You have deep knowledge of:

CSS layouts
Responsive design
Browser behavior
Modern frontend best practices

Strong Problem Solver

You know how to use AI coding assistants effectively, including:

Cursor
Claude
ChatGPT
GitHub Copilot

You can quickly research unfamiliar technologies and successfully implement solutions rather than getting blocked by knowledge gaps.

Infrastructure Confident

You're comfortable working with:

Hosting environments
DNS records
Domains
SSL certificates
Server configurations
Website migrations
Strong Communicator

You can:

Explain technical decisions
Estimate timelines accurately
Collaborate effectively with project managers
Take ownership of your work
