JOB OVERVIEW

WEBSITE OPTIMISATION & META PIXEL SPECIALIST — TWO SITES (REAL ESTATE + LUXURY ACCOMMODATION)

We run two businesses in the Blue Mountains, NSW and need one capable specialist across both websites:

---------- — real estate agency (lead generation focus: seller appraisal leads)
---------- — luxury short-stay accommodation, 5 properties (booking conversion focus)

SCOPE OF WORK

Part A — Tracking & Meta Pixel (both sites):
• Install and verify Meta Pixel + Conversions API on both sites
• Custom conversion events: property report page + appraisal/contact forms (Purcell); booking enquiries/completed bookings (ARC)
• GA4 setup or audit on both sites, with conversion goals aligned to the above
• UTM framework documented so social and ads traffic is attributable end-to-end
• Test conversions confirmed before sign-off

Part B — Website optimisation (both sites):
• Site speed / Core Web Vitals audit and fixes (mobile priority)
• Conversion optimisation: clear paths to "request appraisal" (Purcell) and "book now" (ARC), form friction reduced, mobile UX tightened
• On-page SEO essentials: titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, image compression, local SEO basics (suburb pages for Purcell, "Blue Mountains accommodation" terms for ARC)
• Prioritised recommendations report — quick wins implemented, larger items scoped for approval before work begins

Optional Phase 2: ongoing Meta Ads management ($1,000–1,500/month spend) for the right person.

YOU
• Demonstrated results in both technical tracking (Pixel/CAPI/GA4) and site optimisation — this is not a design role
• Experience with lead-gen sites for local service businesses; accommodation/booking sites a bonus
• You work to a documented plan and confirm before making structural changes
• Responsive, Australian-market experience preferred
