JOB OVERVIEW

This is not a design job.
This is not a creative job.
This is a performance job.

We are two performance marketers running paid ads for fast-growing e-commerce brands across health, wellness, lifestyle, and premium consumer products. We know exactly what we're doing. We need someone who does too.

You will sit alongside us. Not below us waiting for instructions. Alongside us. You receive a micro angle, a hook, and an avatar — and you already know what to build. No explanation needed. No creative brief with arrows pointing at every element. You just know.

We've worked with designers before. Most couldn't keep up. Some were talented but had never heard of a micro angle. Others made beautiful creatives that nobody clicked. We don't need beautiful. We need creatives that stop the scroll, hold attention, and convert cold traffic into buyers.

The Work:

-You get a hook, an avatar, and an angle — you build the creative (you also need to be able to create the hooks, avatars and angles yourself)
-Single images, carousels, comparison creatives, proof-based ads
-You generate realistic AI people — matched lighting, matched skin tone, indistinguishable from real photography
-You composite product shots, lifestyle visuals, and AI-generated scenes into one clean creative
-You deliver multiple variations per angle — built for split testing
-You iterate based on data — not on what looks nice


You Already Know:

-What an avatar is and how it changes the creative
-What a micro angle is and how to build around it
-What makes a hook stop the scroll vs get ignored
-How visual hierarchy works in a performance creative
-Which AI tool to use for which job — Midjourney, Firefly, Generative Fill, or whatever gets the result
-How to make AI-generated people look real — not AI. Real.
-Why some creatives scale past $1000 spend and others die at $150


You Have:

-A portfolio of Meta ad creatives that actually ran and actually performed
-Experience working with performance marketers or media buyers directly
-Photoshop skills that go beyond basic — compositing, lighting, retouching, scene-building
-The ability to work fast, independently, and at a consistently high level
-A genuine interest in getting better — not just completing jobs
