**Sigmath Academy** is looking for a part-time **Social Media Marketing Specialist** with strong **CapCut** skills and an understanding of **mathematics through calculus**.

### Compensation

* **$2 USD/hour**
* **1 hour/day**
* Part-time (schedule to be discussed)

### Responsibilities

* Manage TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
* Edit TikTok LIVE recordings into engaging Shorts/Reels using CapCut.
* Add hooks, captions, subtitles, transitions, graphics, and CTAs.
* Create content calendars and publish daily content.
* Write captions, titles, hashtags, and simple promotional graphics.
* Grow followers, engagement, and qualified leads.
* Help manage Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
* Track analytics and improve campaign performance.
* Ensure mathematical notation and explanations remain accurate.

### Requirements

* Experience with social media marketing and lead generation.
* Advanced CapCut editing skills.
* Experience creating short-form educational videos.
* Familiarity with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
* Understanding of content strategy, hooks, retention, and conversions.
* Mathematics knowledge through **calculus**.
* Excellent English, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
* Reliable computer and high-speed internet.

### Preferred

* Canva experience.
* Experience marketing educational brands or online courses.
* Knowledge of email marketing and lead funnels.
* Experience analyzing social media performance.
