Low Voltage Estimator

We are looking for an experienced Low Voltage Estimator to help prepare estimates and bids for government low voltage projects.

The ideal candidate should have experience reviewing plans, specifications, addenda, and bid documents for low voltage systems.

Responsibilities:
- Review government project plans, drawings, and specifications
- Prepare material takeoffs and labor estimates
- Estimate low voltage systems such as structured cabling, CCTV, access control, intercom, data, fiber, and related systems
- Read and understand bid packages, scopes of work, and project requirements
- Identify missing information, risks, and clarification questions
- Prepare organized estimates for review
- Help with bid forms, pricing sheets, and proposal documents
- Meet bid deadlines and communicate clearly

Requirements:
- Experience estimating low voltage or electrical systems
- Experience with government or public bid projects preferred
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written English
- Reliable internet connection
- Experience using estimating software, Jobber, Excel, Bluebeam, Planswift, or similar tools is a plus
