I'm looking for a Compilation Video Editor to join my team long-term.

Your Workflow (Step by Step)
Find the best clips (TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc.) that match the script.
Send me the selected clips for review.
I will check whether the clips fit the script and let you know if any need to be replaced.
Only after I approve the clips should you edit the video.
Add the voice-over using ElevenLabs. I will provide the script, but you are responsible for generating and adding the voice-over to the timeline.

Your editing should be done in CapCut Pro (or another editing software if approved) using my preset editing style, including basic transitions, effects, captions, zooms, and other simple edits. No advanced editing is required.

I will provide you with a detailed SOP that explains the entire workflow step by step. It covers how to find clips, how to organize everything, how to generate and add the voice-over, my editing style, and all the details you need to follow. As long as you follow the SOP, you'll know exactly what to do.

Requirements (IMPORTANT)
Experience editing compilation videos.
CapCut Pro (do not apply if you don't have it).
ElevenLabs subscription (required to generate and add the voice-over).
Good English (you must understand scripts clearly).
Strong clip research skills and good pacing.
You must know how to find high-quality, non-copyright footage that is safe to use on YouTube.
You must be willing to follow detailed instructions and my editing workflow.
Reliable communication and able to meet deadlines.

Pay

$24 per video (around 20 minutes, equivalent to $1.20 per finished minute).

Work Schedule

My goal is to publish 1 video per day.

You'll work Monday through Saturday, with Sunday off.

That's approximately 26 videos per month, or around $630 per month.

If you're reliable and do good work, I'm looking for someone to work with long-term.
