Hiring: Part-Time Virtual Assistant (LinkedIn & B2B Prospecting)

Remote | 10 Hours per Week | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our business development efforts in the automotive logistics industry.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys research, LinkedIn networking, lead generation, and helping build relationships with dealerships, automotive groups, fleet companies, and other transportation professionals.

Responsibilities
Research dealerships, automotive groups, fleet operators, rental companies, auctions, and lenders
Identify key decision makers using LinkedIn and online research
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests
Build and maintain prospect lists in Excel or Google Sheets
Verify contact information and email addresses
Assist with CRM updates and organization
Prepare follow-up messages and outreach campaigns
Produce a weekly activity and KPI report
Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong LinkedIn experience (Sales Navigator is a plus)
Experience with lead generation and prospect research
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
