I am Henry, founder of Alba Talent (
THE ROLE
- Take raw AI-generated LinkedIn post drafts (delivered via
- Prep posts for publishing: formatting, hook lines, hashtags where relevant
- Monitor and reply to comments and engagement on published posts on our behalf. Note: you will not have direct login access to Henry or Scott's personal LinkedIn accounts. You'll work from prepared copy and reported engagement, not by logging into anyone's profile. This is how we work with every outbound tool, not a reflection on you.
- Flag drafts that are weak or off-brand back to us rather than force a rewrite that doesn't fit
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- A long, proven track record ghostwriting LinkedIn content specifically for founders or executives, not general copywriting or social media management. We're hiring a seasoned ghostwriter, not someone early in their career.
- Real posts you can point to that you wrote for someone else and that actually performed, ideally across multiple clients or executives, not just one.
- This role is client-facing. You'll get on calls to capture a founder's voice and ideas directly, so we need excellent spoken English, not just strong writing.
- Excellent written English with near-native command of tone, rhythm, and hook-writing for LinkedIn specifically, not blog or ad copy
- Comfortable working from someone else's raw draft and voice notes rather than starting from a blank page
- Some familiarity with B2B sales or agency content is a plus, not required
PAY: $6-9/hour to start (strongest, most specific applications start at the top of that range), for a 30-day paid trial. Hit the criteria below and it moves to $8-10/hour.
WHAT GETS YOU TO $8-10/HOUR
A clean 30-day trial: about 15 posts a week turned around consistently, minimal revision requests from Henry and Scott, and active reply management with nothing left unanswered for more than 24 hours. Hit that and the rate moves.
HOW TO APPLY
Start with the word HERMES so I know you read the whole post. Then tell me: 1) how many years you've ghostwritten LinkedIn content for founders or executives, a specific post you've ghostwritten for someone else that performed well, what was the hook, and what made it work, and 2) how you'd take a rough, unpolished draft (bullet points, a voice note transcript, whatever) and turn it into a finished post. Walk me through your actual process. Applications missing either get skipped. I read every complete application personally.
