About the Role
We have a LinkedIn following of over 660,000 people — and we know it's an underleveraged asset. Right now, our LinkedIn presence is mostly a repost of video content from our other platforms a few times a week. That's not enough. We want LinkedIn to feel like a person, not a feed of recycled clips.
We're looking for a LinkedIn Content Creator & Platform Manager to take ownership of the page, build a real personality-driven presence, and grow us into a top voice on the platform — with an eye toward eventually funneling that audience into our products.
This is a part-time, fully remote role, ideal for someone who already thinks in LinkedIn-native content and wants real creative ownership over a large, established audience.
What You'll Do
Own the content calendar. Plan and create a content mix that goes beyond repurposed video — think personality posts, photos, behind-the-scenes
Build a voice. Help shape and maintain a consistent, authentic personality for the brand on LinkedIn — one that feels human, not corporate.
Manage community engagement. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way. Actively engage with other accounts to build visibility and relationships.
Repurpose smartly. Continue adapting video content from our other platforms, but reframe it specifically for how LinkedIn audiences consume content.
Track what works. Monitor performance, follower growth, and engagement trends; use that data to refine the content strategy over time.
Drive funnel thinking. Identify natural, non-salesy ways to guide engaged followers toward our products and offerings.
Report and collaborate. Check in regularly with leadership on strategy, performance, and upcoming content plans.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience growing or managing a LinkedIn page — personal brand, company page, or agency experience all count.
A strong sense of LinkedIn-native content: you know the difference between a post that gets scrolled past and one that gets saved and shared.
Excellent writing skills — able to capture a brand voice and make it sound like a person, not a press release.
Comfortable with light photo/video editing and repurposing existing footage/photos into platform-specific content.
Self-directed and organized — you can own a content calendar and a community without needing heavy oversight.
Bonus: experience turning organic social engagement into product or business results.
Why This Role
A real audience, not a cold start. You're inheriting 660K+ followers and shaping how they experience the brand going forward.
Creative ownership. This isn't "post what marketing sends you" — you'll have real input into voice, format, and strategy.
Flexibility. Part-time and fully remote, work on a schedule that fits your life.
