Lighting Design & Product Documentation Assistant

Must-Have Skills
The successful applicant must have:
Experience working with architectural LED lighting products
The ability to confidently read and interpret lighting specification sheets
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent written English
Experience using Zoho (CRM or Product Management preferred)
Strong computer skills
The ability to work independently and learn new software quickly
Lighting Knowledge Required
Applicants should have a solid understanding of:
LED downlights and architectural lighting
Beam angles
Colour temperatures (2700K, 3000K, 4000K, etc.)
Colour Rendering Index (CRI)
Lumens, lux and lighting performance
IP ratings and suitable installation environments
Constant current and constant voltage LED drivers
Driver compatibility and wattage calculations
Dimming methods (Phase Cut, 0–10V, DALI, Zigbee, etc.)
Recessed, surface-mounted and suspended luminaires
Cut-out sizes and installation requirements
Power consumption and efficacy
Reading and interpreting manufacturer technical datasheets
Applicants must be able to accurately transfer technical information into Zoho, Groundplan, specification sheets and quotation documents while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Typical Tasks
Maintain our product database in Zoho
Create and update product specification sheets
Ensure product information flows correctly from Zoho to our website and quotation system
Create Groundplan symbols and lighting layouts
Research and compare lighting products
Check technical datasheets for accuracy
Prepare brochures and marketing material
Assist with quotations and lighting project documentation
