I run two permitting and consulting practices in the United States — one focused on telecommunications right-of-way permitting and one handling broader construction permitting for various clients. I am looking for a licensed U.S. Professional Engineer to sign and seal construction and telecom drawings on a project basis.
This is a remote, flexible role with consistent work potential as my client base grows.
What You Will Do
• Review and sign/seal construction drawings submitted for U.S. permitting
• Review and seal telecom infrastructure drawings, including fiber builds, conduit plans, and aerial/underground installations
• Confirm drawings meet applicable local, state, and federal standards before sealing
• Communicate with me on any corrections or concerns prior to signing
• Maintain and represent your license in good standing at all times
Requirements
• Active U.S. Professional Engineer (P.E.) license — this is a hard requirement; applicants without one will not be considered
• Civil engineering discipline preferred; structural or other relevant disciplines considered depending on project scope
• Must be legally authorized to sign and seal construction documents for U.S. jurisdictions
• Experience with telecom and fiber infrastructure drawings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working remotely and reviewing drawings digitally
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication in English
Apply
Please include the following in your application:
1. Your P.E. license number and the U.S. state(s) in which you are licensed
2. A brief description of your experience with telecom or construction drawings
3. Your availability and preferred compensation structure (per drawing, per project, or hourly)
