JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview
Tipping Point Communications is seeking a motivated, high-activity Lead Generation & Appointment Setting Specialist to support agency growth through targeted outreach and prospect engagement.

This role is focused on execution — working from provided prospect lists and messaging frameworks to generate qualified meetings for our Senior Director of Client Services. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and skilled at moving prospects through an initial sales conversation.

Key Responsibilities
-Execute outbound outreach campaigns across email, phone, and LinkedIn using provided targeting and messaging.
-Qualify inbound and outbound leads against established criteria.
-Schedule introductory meetings for the Senior Director of Client Services.
-Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM.
-Track and report outreach activity, response rates, and meetings booked.
-Communicate regularly with agency leadership on pipeline status and outreach performance.
-Flag patterns, objections, or opportunities observed in prospect conversations.

Education & Experience
-Minimum 2 years of experience in appointment setting, SDR/BDR work, lead generation, or inside sales.
-Demonstrated track record of high-volume outreach and meeting generation.
-Previous experience in a marketing agency, advertising, PR, or professional services environment is a plus.
-Bachelor Degree Preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications
-Comfortable with high-volume outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
-Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
-Proficient in HubSpot CRM or comparable sales CRM.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-Able to work independently and manage a high volume of simultaneous contacts.
-Available and responsive during standard Eastern Time (New York) business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
-Experience using HubSpot sequences or sales automation tools.
-Familiarity with Asana or other project management platforms.
-Familiarity with marketing agency services — digital media, traditional media, PR, creative, and video production.

Success Metrics
-Outreach volume (emails sent, calls made, LinkedIn touches)
-Response and conversion rates
-Qualified meetings scheduled
-Pipeline activity accuracy in HubSpot
