Junior Virtual Assistant

We're hiring a Junior Virtual Assistant to support Pietra's Honest Reviews — a fast-growing Amazon Influencer brand that creates in-depth product review videos to help shoppers make confident buying decisions.

This is an entry-level, long-term, full-time remote role (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule. No prior VA experience required — we're looking for someone organized, adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with the business. You'll work directly with the creator and team to keep operations running smoothly across content organization, publishing, brand outreach, and more.

HOW THIS ROLE WORKS — 30-DAY PAID TRAINING PERIOD

All new hires begin with a paid 30-day training period. This is your opportunity to learn our systems, workflows, and standards — and for us to see how you work. At the end of the 30 days, we'll make a final hiring decision based on your performance, reliability, and fit with the team. Candidates who complete training successfully move into the full-time role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
________________________________________

Core Responsibilities (required from day one):

- Organize and manage raw video footage and project files
- Upload and publish content across platforms (Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Schedule and manage social media publishing calendar
- Respond to social media comments and messages
- Reporting, documentation, and general admin tasks
- Miscellaneous tasks: calendar management, personal research, etc.

Learn and Grow Into (training provided):

- Product research using AI tools
- Video and content editing support using AI tools (ChatGPT, OpusClip)
- Social media marketing and campaign management to drive growth
- Brand outreach and management

QUALIFICATIONS

Requirements:

- Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive — this is the most important quality we're looking for
- Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva) or eager to learn
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload) and a capable computer
- Must install Hubstaff for time tracking and productivity monitoring
- Available for at least 1 hour overlap during U.S. Arizona Time for daily check-ins (10AM PHT) - can be discussed

A Plus (not required):

- Any prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or working with US-based clients
- Experience working with influencers, brands, or Amazon sellers
- Familiarity with video editing tools (CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, etc.)
- Experience with content scheduling platforms or spreadsheets

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- $400 a month during 30-day training period.
- $520–$600 USD/month starting salary
- 13th Month Pay in December (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
- Paid Philippine holidays after training period (1 month)
- Full-time (40 hours/week), renewable contract
